Surgeons Who Take Insurance for Top Surgery
Some surgeons will work with your insurance company directly to get the cost of your surgery covered, either in whole or part. Other surgeons will require that you pay in advance and then help you apply for reimbursement through your insurance company after your surgery. Be aware that if you proceed with insurance and your coverage is denied after your procedure, you will be responsible for the surgery fees, and these can be much higher than if you had paid out-of-pocket prior to surgery. This applies even if you got a Pre-Auth!
