Dr. Youssef is an honors graduate from the University of California Irvine and is a Diplomat of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery. He is also board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and the American Society of Cosmetic Breast Surgery, and an active member of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery and the American Medical Association.
The Top Surgery method depends on chest size as well as the amount of skin and the size and position of the nipple and areola. For smaller chests, Dr. Youssef often uses the Peri-areolar technique along with liposuction. For patients with larger chests, Dr. Youssef recommends the Double Incision method with nipple grafts.
Dr. Youssef operates at his private surgery center, Younique Surgery Center in Santa Monica, and is also affiliated with the Southern California Hospital of Culver City.

Financing and Insurance
Dr. Youssef accepts cash, credit card, medical financing with CareCredit, and will also work with the following insurance companies: United Health Care, Cigna, Healthnet, Goldcoast and Aetna. He does not accept Medi-Cal or Medicare.
