Dr. Ellie Zara Ley, MD is a board-certified plastic surgeon who had more than 15 years of specialized training in plastic surgery, craniofacial surgery and microsurgery before learning Top Surgery techniques. Dr. Ley developed a clinical interest in Gender Surgery while working at the University of Utah. Five years later, Dr. Ley transitioned herself. She subsequently completed training in Gender Surgery.
Dr. Ley offers two types of Top Surgery: Double Incision with nipple grafts and Peri-Areolar.

- Dr. Ley operates on informed consent so you will only need to obtain referral letters from a qualified mental health professional if you are using insurance.
- Being on hormone replacement therapy (Testosterone) is not required to have Top Surgery.
