FTM Top Surgery in Pennsylvania
Pennsylvania became a hot spot for Top Surgery long before New York, New Jersey or Washington D.C. Curiously, New York was slow to attract Top Surgery surgeons and as a result, many who were seeking Top Surgery in the Northeast traveled to Pennsylvania for surgery. Dr. Sherman Leis, a gender surgeon in Philadelphia, performed his first gender-affirming surgery in 1984 but it wasn't until 2004 that he decided to specialize in the field. Since then, he has trained many surgeons in gender-affirming procedures, including Dr. Kathy Rumer and Dr. Christine McGinn.
