Dr. Rex E. Moulton-Barrett, MD is a double board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon in the Bay Area who has been performing Top Surgery since 2010. He is pleased to work with transgender patients from in and around Alameda, Brentwood, Walnut Creek and Oakland, California.
Dr. Moulton-Barrett was educated in the United Kingdom and has been licensed as a physician in California since 1989. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. Moulton-Barrett performs Top Surgery and Body Masculinization Surgery (BMS) at the San Leandro Surgery Center, and also has privileges at several top hospitals in the area.
