Dr. Josef Hadeed, MD, FACS is a board-certified Plastic Surgeon who offers FTM Top Surgery in Los Angeles, California and Miami, Florida.
Dr. Hadeed received his medical degree from the Temple University School of Medicine, and completed his plastic surgery residency at world-renowned Duke University.
Dr. Hadeed operates at his private surgery center, 90210 Surgical Associates, and is also affiliated with St. Johns Medical Center (Santa Monica), UCLA Santa Monica Hospital, Olympia Medical Center (Los Angeles) and the Torrance Memorial Medical Center.

Costs, Financing & Insurance - The cost of Top Surgery ranges between $8500 - $10,500. Dr. Hadeed accepts cash, credit card, and CareCredit, as well as insurance and Medicare. (He does not accept California Medicaid, aka Medi-Cal.)
