Dr. Lincenberg offers a customized approach to Top Surgery, integrating multiple techniques to achieve your goals. He is one of only a few surgeons who perform the Lollipop (aka Comma) procedure, which uses an incision around the areola that extends downward for a short distance.
Dr. Lincenberg also offers Double Incision Top Surgery with nipple grafts, the Anchor or Inverted-T procedure, Peri-areolar and Keyhole methods. To help avoid "dog ears" with Double Incision, Dr. Lincenberg can perform additional Liposuction under the arms and extending to the back.
For patients who want to add bulk to their pectoral muscles, or further masculinize their body contour, Dr. Lincenberg can perform Pectoral Fat Transfer or Body Masculinization.

The cost of Top Surgery with Dr. Lincenberg is $8400-$8600 and includes: surgeon fees, OR fees, anesthesia fees, post-op garment, pre- and post-operative visits. Dr. Lincenberg accepts cash, credit cards, certified check, and Care Credit. He does not accept insurance, Medicaid or Medicare.

How to Book a Consultation
Dr. Lincenberg is available for in-person and phone consultations for a $100 fee. You will need to provide a referral letter from a qualified mental health professional. Dr. Lincenberg's wait list for a surgery date is about 1 month after your consult. Dr. Lincenberg will operate on minors with parental consent.
