Dr. Daniel Crane, MD is a skilled plastic surgeon who has deep experience with aesthetic surgeries of the chest, body and face. After completing a specialized aesthetic surgery fellowship, Dr. Crane joined Inspire Aesthetics where he worked with Dr. Drew Schnitt to refine his Top Surgery techniques. Dr. Crane is a candidate member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery, as well as a member of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health and the Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. His unique training provides him with the knowledge and experience to help you achieve your Top Surgery goals.
Dr. Crane performs Double Incision with nipple grafts, Peri-areolar, Keyhole and Inverted-T methods of Top Surgery. The cost of Top Surgery in Florida with Dr. Crane is $5995 and up. He also offers Body and Facial Masculinization Surgery.
Dr. Crane operates at Inspire Aesthetic's private surgical centers in Delray Beach and Fort Lauderdale. He has staff privileges at the following hospitals in South Florida: West Boca Medical Center, Delray Medical Center and Broward Health.
Your first consultation with Dr. Crane is free and can be done in person, by phone or via Skype, Facebook or FaceTime. Dr. Crane will be happy to answer all of your questions and will never make you feel rushed. A surgery date can usually be scheduled within a few weeks of your consultation.
If you're coming from out of town for your consultation or surgery, be sure to ask Dr. Crane's office staff about reduced pricing for nearby hotels as well as discounted ground transportation from your hotel to the hospital and/or Dr. Crane's office.
Surgery Requirements
- As a member of WPATH, Dr. Crane follows WPATH guidelines for surgery. This means that you will need to get a letter from a qualified mental health professional that states that having Top Surgery is recommended. If you're on Testosterone, you'll also need a letter from the doctor who prescribes it for you.
- While BMI isn't a definitive measure of safety, Dr. Crane prefers patients to have a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 or less.
Financing
Dr. Crane accepts medical financing via CareCredit, Prosper Healthcare Lending and American Medical Healthcare. He does not accept insurance, Medicaid or Medicare.
